Refund and Returns Policy

At Deal Pakistan, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

The package was damaged during delivery.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used herbal/wellness products generally cannot be returned unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect when delivered.

2. Return Time Limit

Return requests should be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.

To request a return, contact us with your order details and, where applicable, clear photos or videos showing the issue.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

Products that have been opened or used
Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling
Products returned without their original packaging
Items returned after the applicable return period
Products that are not defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will review your request.

If your return is approved, we will arrange the applicable refund according to the payment method and circumstances of your order.

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method or financial institution.

5. Exchange

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we may offer a replacement or exchange where available.

If the same product is unavailable, we may provide an appropriate alternative or refund.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong or damaged product, Deal Pakistan may cover the applicable return delivery cost.

For other return requests, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
